The space, both nurturing and tumultuous, of a daycare center is the anchor for this free exploration of early childhood. Built by progressively following the evolution of ages on screen, the film takes us into the bubble of different children aged 1 to 5, at the stage where consciousness slowly shifts from "Me" to "Us." Through these rarely filmed moments, human nature gradually takes hold. Children's Garden is the 4th film in a series on the significant stages of life.
