Vieille Jeunesse is Will Murphy's first hour of stand-up. At only 27 years old, he's already taking stock... as if he were 45. In this work-in-progress show, Will strings together personal anecdotes and observations of daily life, recounting his achievements, his contradictions, and this strange feeling of aging too quickly. It's a punchy, rhythmic, effective hour, inspired by American stand-up, but carried by a profoundly Quebecois chorus. After four years on stage and numerous shows, Will Murphy is finally presenting his first hour: honest, confident, and above all, very funny. Vieille Jeunesse is youth already complaining about their back... and doing it well.
