Living Garden Day
Le Grand Marché de Québec
The Living Garden Day, presented by the Urban Agriculture Educational Center (CÉAU) and coordinated by Les Urbainculteurs, invites the public to an immersive day dedicated to biodiversity and urban agriculture on July 18, 2026, at Le Grand Marché de Québec. This family-friendly event aims to show how to enrich one's garden, balcony, or vegetable patch to foster life around us. Participants can explore a biodiversity garden, beehives, and a nourishing space, and attend practical demonstrations on creating insect hotels and choosing summer-appropriate melliferous plants. The atmosphere will be educational and inspiring, encouraging a reconnection with nature and ecological practices.
