Young Miller's Apprentice Day – Activity
Moulin des Jésuites
If you're looking for an unusual family outing in Quebec City, come spend the day with us and become a young miller! On July 11 or July 18, 2026, the Moulin des Jésuites team invites you to its Young Miller's Apprentice Day. Visit the mill to learn how to make bread and bake it in the outdoor oven. You can also discover how a traditional flour mill works and churn your own butter. Taste your bread at the end of the day! Don't forget your meal, sunscreen, and reusable water bottle, as we'll be picnicking in the Mill's park.
