Arts Alive! Québec is a vibrant annual festival that transforms Place de L’Institut-Canadien and Chaussée des Écossais into a hub of artistic celebration. Most outdoor activities are free, and in case of rain, the festival moves indoors to the Morrin Centre ballroom.
