"Maélyce ou la fugue de Perséphone" is a captivating theatrical creation presented by La Brute qui pleure's "Théâtre en quartier" initiative. This show reinterprets the Greek myth of Persephone, where Maélyce, a cunning farmer, must use her ingenuity to restore balance on Earth after Persephone's escape to the underworld causes famine. Aimed at young audiences and families, this playful and festive production incorporates elements of circus and dance, and is interpreted in Quebec Sign Language (LSQ).
