The 10 km de l'Université Laval is an iconic road race, recognized as Université Laval's oldest sporting event and Quebec's second oldest race. Organized by Rouge et Or Athlétisme in collaboration with Groupe Défis, this event offers various distances including 800 m, 1.5 km, 5 km, and 10 km, catering to runners of all levels. Participants are invited to push their limits in a vibrant and energetic sporting atmosphere, with the start and finish at the PEPS athletic facilities. It's a unique opportunity to take on a personal challenge at the heart of the university campus.
