Come discover the secrets of old-fashioned baking at the Moulin des Jésuites! You can watch a demonstration of the outdoor bread oven and bake your own bread like our ancestors did. Take advantage of the baking time to churn your butter. A great outing to share with the family to learn while having fun! *You must arrive with your own small ball of dough ready to bake. To discover more summer activities, consult our program here! Note: from August 17 to October, enhancement work will be carried out in the gardens of the Moulin des Jésuites de Charlesbourg to improve site accessibility and preserve its heritage character. Parking and surrounding streets remain accessible throughout the work.
