Drop-in Tech Assistance

Are you, or someone you know, experiencing a technological problem and need assistance? Our digital mediation team offers troubleshooting services for the use of computers, tablets or phones, e-readers, software and applications, or borrowing digital books. How does it work? • Come to the chosen time and place with your Bibliothèque de Québec library card and your device (if applicable). • People present on site are seen in turn within the available time. • It is not possible to reserve a spot, even by arriving in advance. • The consultation duration is limited to 30 minutes per person. You can also make a request for technological assistance online for follow-up outside of drop-in hours.
