Technology Assistance Without Appointment

You, or a loved one, are experiencing a technological problem and need assistance? Our digital mediation team offers a troubleshooting service for the use of computers, tablets or phones, e-readers, software and applications, or even borrowing digital books. How does it work? • Come to the chosen time and place with your Bibliothèque de Québec library card and your device (if applicable). • People present on site are seen in turn within the available time. • It is not possible to reserve a spot, even if you arrive in advance. • The consultation time is limited to 30 minutes per person. You can also make a technology assistance request online for follow-up outside of walk-in hours.
