Sherbrooke | électro Qualité Motel is a party machine operated by the guys from Valaire, a musical and recreational vehicle that oscillates between DJ sets, remixes and mash-ups of Top 40 and original compositions, all as fiery as a dragon shirt. Live, it disavows the notion of guilty pleasure, because fun is fun all the time. On record, it makes our precious Quebecois star system shine by inviting the stars we love to sing on electro pop productions. Their heavy past has led them to collaborate with artists like Mitsou, Elisapie, Karim Ouellet, Marie-Élaine Thibert in duet with Fanny Bloom (!) and, especially, Koriass and Christian Bégin on the hit "Basilic". In short: fun. And this, for about fifteen years already. Following the albums "Motel Califorña" (2012) and "C'est pas la qualité qui compte" (2018) and the EPs "C'est la quantité qui compte" (2020) and "Les plus grands duos francophones de l'année" (2022), they are preparing to unveil "Clé en main", a third full-length album that will get your engine started with big 90s / early 00s dance hits, thanks to collabs with Muzion, Boogát, Marie-Pierre Arthur, Rose Perron and SeinsSucrer.
