Garlic Day, a free public event, will take place at Le Grand Marché de Québec on October 3, 2026, from 10 AM to 4 PM. Organized by the Centre éducatif en agriculture urbaine (CÉAU) in collaboration with Les Urbainculteurs, this day offers a practical workshop dedicated to garlic cultivation. Participants, whether beginner or experienced gardeners, will discover garlic varieties, planting and maintenance techniques, as well as the culinary and nutritional benefits of garlic.
