Workshop – Cinnamon Bread Making
Moulin des Jésuites
Come learn more about flour making and discover what the villagers of the Trait-Carré ate during New France. Finally, go up to the 3rd floor of the mill to make your own cinnamon bread to bake at home. A real delight! Ideal for children aged 6 to 12 Reservation required. Note: from August 17 to October, enhancement work will be carried out in the gardens of the Moulin des Jésuites de Charlesbourg to improve site accessibility and preserve its heritage character. The parking lot and surrounding streets remain accessible throughout the work.
