Harry Manx
Palais Montcalm
Harry Manx returns to Palais Montcalm after a long absence to present Guitar Bazaar. For this show, the master of the slide guitar and mohan veena is joined by two other six-string aces, namely Kevin Breit (formerly of Norah Jones, Cassandra Wilson, Paula Cole) and Simon Godin, in addition to singer and keyboardist Geneviève Jodoin, whom many discovered on the popular show La Voix. Three of Canada's best guitarists will thus be reunited for a memorable evening of music! The quartet will perform pieces from Manx's new album, Attitude of Gratitude, which blends elements of Indian classical music with the depth of the blues, as well as selected tracks from Manx's rich repertoire.
