Are you, or someone you know, experiencing a technological problem and need assistance? Our digital mediation team offers troubleshooting services for using computers, tablets, phones, e-readers, software, applications, or even borrowing digital books. How does it work? • Come to the chosen time and place with your Bibliothèque de Québec library card and your device (if applicable). • People present on-site are seen in turn within the available time. • It is not possible to reserve a spot, even by arriving early. • Consultation time is limited to 30 minutes per person. You can also request online technology assistance for follow-up outside of the on-demand hours.
