Parc Provancher (Cap-Rouge)
The Cap-Rouge neighborhood council invites residents and visitors to Parc Provancher on September 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.: entertainment, games, shows, community booths, and free activities, by the river in western Quebec City. Free admission ("Cost: Free", Québec animée, Ville de Québec, consulted August 24, 2026). The activity takes place rain or shine, unless the weather compromises safety.
