Meditative Concert – Tibetan Bowls
Jimmy Thériault offers a meditative concert of Tibetan bowls in the vaults of the Monastère des Augustines, built in 1695. It is an invitation to experience a unique moment of deep relaxation through the sound and vibrations of Tibetan bowls in a heritage site. Tibetan bowls, or singing bowls, have existed for millennia in Asia, where they are known for being meditative and medicinal. Today, they are increasingly present and accessible in the West. Regular contact with Tibetan bowls is known to help relax and soothe the body and mind.
