Poetry Friday
Maison de la littérature
The "Vendredis de poésie" (Poetry Fridays) are essential monthly literary evenings at the Maison de la littérature, organized in partnership with the Tremplin d'actualisation de poésie (TAP). Each event features a first part with invited professional poets, followed by an open mic where anyone can share their own creations for five minutes. The atmosphere is simple, spontaneous, sometimes humorous, and often unexpected, hosted by André Marceau and musically accompanied by Frédéric Dufour. It's a unique opportunity to discover new voices and celebrate poetry in a friendly and open environment for all. Admission is free.
