The Improvised Planante at Parc Armand-Grenier: Free Musical Stroll

On Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., a quartet from the Ligue d’improvisation musicale de Québec will set up at Parc Armand-Grenier, in the Vieux-Bourg of Beauport, and compose on the spot a long musical fable inspired by nature and ambient sounds. The improvised planante is part of the "musical ambiance" cultural strolls of Québec animée; the activity is free and takes place rain or shine, unless conditions compromise the safety of the artists or the public (thunderstorms, strong winds, heavy rain).
