Projections and Observations, by Anna Hawkins explores the multiple ways in which human beings observe, represent, and interpret the cosmos, drawing a parallel between the stars and the digital universe. Using locations as varied as a former Canadian planetarium, European observatories, and Edmonton astrological mosaics, the project examines our tendency to project our beliefs, identities, and desires onto that which surpasses us.
