Cine-Club: The Lowlands
Bibliothèque Gabrielle-Roy
Nancy, a medical student at the university, takes advantage of a well-deserved break to go surfing in Mexico. It is then that she is attacked by a great white shark that severely injures her leg. Having managed to take refuge on a rock surrounded by coral, she tries in vain to call for help. Trapped on her precarious shelter less than two hundred meters from the coast, the young woman sees the shark waiting for an opportunity to attack her. This moment could, however, arrive quite quickly, as high tide is expected in a few hours.
