For guidance, the Grand Marché itself is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The market's parking lot offers two free hours and 350 spaces reserved for customers, in parking lot P4, accessible via boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel. The market follows a week after the Grande fête des récoltes, held on September 19 and 20 at the same location. Another themed market is announced for October 24 and 25, the Marché de l’étrange.
