Cinnamon Bread Workshop at the Jésuites Mill, Saturday, October 3

On Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 3 PM, the Moulin des Jésuites de Charlesbourg is offering children aged 6 to 12 a workshop on making cinnamon bread: they will learn how flour is made and what the villagers of Trait-Carré ate during the New France era, then go up to the third floor of the mill to prepare their bread, to bake at home. Price: $9.20 per participant, online reservation required. The workshop takes place rain or shine (sources: moulindesjesuites.org and Québec animée, consulted on September 7, 2026). The workshop is also offered on Saturday, October 10 and Saturday, October 17, at the same times. Until October, work is being done on the Mill's gardens; parking and neighboring streets remain accessible, according to the Mill.
