Kwatriho'tat! at Palais Montcalm: Four Days of Indigenous Music, September 24 to 27

From Thursday, September 24 to Sunday, September 27, 2026, the Palais Montcalm, 995, place D’Youville, dedicates four days to Indigenous music with Kwatriho’tat!, "Let's All Listen!", a new event presented with the Canada Council for the Arts, Indigenous Tourism Quebec, Tourism Wendake, and the KWE! festival. Eight artists from different nations and territories will perform in three rooms: Chez Madame Belley, Salle D’Youville, and Salle Raoul-Jobin (source: palaismontcalm.ca, consulted September 21, 2026). The 5 PM concerts at Chez Madame Belley are free: Sandrine Masse on Thursday the 24th, Mimi O’Bonsawin on Friday the 25th, and Eadsé, Radio-Canada Revelation 2025-2026, on Saturday the 26th. In the evening, in Salle D’Youville, Shauit hosts Yves Lambert on Thursday at 8 PM, then Beatrice Deer plays her folk rock on Friday at 8 PM, $28.95 each. Saturday the 26th at 7:30 PM, Salle Raoul-Jobin hosts Shawnee Kish and Crystal Shawanda in alternative country, $48.95. Saturday from 1 PM, the gallery opens a free art and craft exhibition, and Sunday the 27th at 2 PM, soprano Elisabeth St-Gelais presents "The Loves and Life of a Woman" in Salle Raoul-Jobin, free.
