Following his critically acclaimed, audience-loved, and peer-recognized debut one-man show, Simon is finally presenting his second show: TACHE. Through the unique lens he casts on life and the world, with his impactful humor filled with powerful imagery, Simon Delisle will reveal himself unfiltered, addressing the broad notion of "stain" in various ways... First, literally: his atypical appearance, his particular journey, and, literally, his stains (vitiligo). In short, everything he had to develop as a skill to not be the one they laugh at, but the one who makes them laugh! He'll talk about self-deprecation and resilience, strengths that, as noble as they are, sometimes come with their share of darkness... On a more figurative level, we'll learn more about those people, those "stains," who slowed down his journey through their lack of openness, through simplistic shortcuts... Finally, there are the marks, the "stains," that life leaves on everyone, addressing themes of doubt, questioning, and trials. A kind of humorous boxing match with a pace of laughter that makes your cheeks hurt.
