Cinnamon Bread Workshop at the Moulin des Jésuites, Saturday, October 17
Moulin des Jésuites de Charlesbourg
On Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., the Moulin des Jésuites de Charlesbourg offers children aged 6 to 12 a cinnamon bread making workshop: they will learn how flour is made and what the villagers of Trait-Carré ate during the New France era, then go up to the third floor of the mill to prepare their bread, to be baked at home. Fee: $9.20 per participant, online reservation required. The workshop takes place rain or shine (sources: moulindesjesuites.org and Québec animée, consulted on September 7, 2026). The workshop is also offered on Saturday, October 3, and Saturday, October 10, at the same times. Until October, renovations are underway in the Mill's gardens; parking and neighboring streets remain accessible, according to the Mill.
