Friendly Tournament, free entry, On October 25, 2026 at La Ninkasi.đ All traditional characters, including all seasons of Dice Throne, Marvel and X-Men, Outcasts and Vanguards, are permitted during this tournament. Like the official format, promo cards (with "promo" written in yellow) and bye-bye cards are forbidden during the tournament. PHASE 1: THE TOURNAMENT! Classic Swiss format of at least 4 rounds, but in Lockout format. The lockout format consists of bringing 4 characters for the tournament. Each round: âą Players will decide via a dice roll who starts the game. âą The player who starts chooses one of their characters âą Then their opponent does the same. âą Then comes the 1v1 duel lasting 35 minutes. Between each round, there will be a short 7-minute break, except after round 2, there will be a 15 to 20 minute break. đđ During subsequent rounds, players will no longer be able to select a character with which they have already won. Therefore, to win the tournament, you will need to win with all 4 of your characters. PHASE 2: THE RAID AGAINST THE FALLEN MONK! The 4 highest-ranked players after the Swiss rounds will face the Fallen Monk, or play him! for a prize, but not in the traditional way: The Champions (3 of the 4 Finalists) âą Health: 50 HP each (individual). 4 starting cards and 2 combat points each. âą Cooperation: Players can spend their combat points to help an ally or play defense/enhancement cards on their partners. đ The Boss (the other finalist â The Fallen Monk) âą Health: 120 HP (Unique Pool). âą Power: The Fallen Monk uses his boss board and his minion cards (Adventures). He starts with 2 combat points and no cards in hand. âą Each turn, he draws a card, and decides whether to play it for the required cost or discard it to gain 1 combat point. âą 1x per turn, the fallen king can pay 3 combat points to gain a king's hand, allowing him to gain an extra roll, or possibly force a player to re-roll 1 die. âą Turn Order "The Scourge": To counter the numbers, the Boss plays more often. Sequence: Player 1 âź Boss âź Player 2 âź Boss âź Player 3 âź Boss. âą Targeting: The Boss attacks the player who just played. This player is considered the "active player" The goal: deliver the final blow to the fallen monk. If the monk wins, the person controlling the Fallen Monk will get the prize.
