Halloween in Cap-Rouge at Parc Provancher, Saturday, October 24
Parc Provancher (Cap-Rouge)
On Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Parc Provancher, located at 4120 Michel-Hervé Street in Vieux-Cap-Rouge, will host Halloween in Cap-Rouge, a free family celebration included in the City of Quebec's "Québec animée" program. The program includes: artistic crafting, fun activities, inflatable games, public entertainers, music, face painting, sweet snacks, and food trucks. The event will take place rain or shine, unless conditions compromise public safety, such as in case of thunderstorms, high winds, or heavy rain (source: animee.ville.quebec.qc.ca, consulted October 5, 2026). Voilà Québec's tip: The park is a short walk from the Cap-Rouge tracel, the railway viaduct overlooking the river, allowing you to extend your outing before nightfall. Other seasonal outings are featured on our "Halloween in Quebec City 2026" page.
