Guy Nantel
Salle Albert-Rousseau
Humor — While current events are full of explosive topics, strong opinions, and contradictions specific to our times, comedian Guy Nantel returns with a brand new show with a title that is intriguing to say the least: Bienveillant. Yes, you read that right. BIENVEILLANT (Benevolent). The word least spontaneously associated with a comedian known for his frankness, his critical eye, and his uncompromising socio-political humor. Let's just say the title sets the tone! Nantel has always been that different voice who dares to say out loud what everyone else thinks quietly. With his biting lucidity and well-placed irony, he points out our collective flaws, our inconsistencies, and our major contemporary debates, all to the great pleasure of the audience. With this 7th show of his career, Guy Nantel continues to do what he does best: to disorient us, disarm us, and above all, make us laugh heartily! But the question remains: how does he manage to do it with benevolence? We are eager to see… but especially to hear. You have to admit, it promises to be good!
