Atelier de collage – Repos du coeur
A restful workshop for the heart while the hands are active: collage, poetry, heart coherence, and creative rejuvenation. Writer and artist Stéphanie Filion invites you to a gentle moment, a creative break to explore the palette of colors and textures of your heart. Throughout the workshop, she will guide you in writing poetry from cut-out words, using an intuitive and benevolent approach. At the end of this workshop, you will leave with your own anatomical collage heart: a poetic, unique heart, in your image. You will also have experienced the soothing benefits of creativity and artistic expression. To foster a state of openness and presence, Stéphanie will also guide a simple heart coherence exercise, allowing you to gently enter a meditative space. Writer and artist, Stéphanie Filion has published several poetry collections with Le lézard amoureux editions, including Nous les vivants and Jeanne Forever. She offers mentorship, cultural mediation, and coaching, always relying on her core values: curiosity, creativity, authenticity, and courage. During her workshops, she creates intimate atmospheres, conducive to taming the creative process and poetry.
