Le pouvoir du leadership féminin: au service de la communauté: Histoires de cœur, récits d'engagement
Treat yourself to a special moment to hear the stories of three ordinary women doing the extraordinary and discover how female leadership can transform solidarity into a force capable of moving mountains. Join us at the Hilton Quebec, where our ambassador Gina Cuglietta, Director of Sales and Marketing for Hilton Quebec, welcomes us for a lunch conference focused on authenticity. We will host three women whose journeys prove that changing the world is not a matter of power, title, or budget, but a matter of conviction. • Gina Cuglietta Our Host Ambassador Host of our first major event of the year, Gina Cuglietta is more than just a figurehead in Quebec's tourism industry. A woman of intellect and heart, Gina firmly believes that professional excellence is most meaningful when it serves human dignity. By hosting us at the Hilton for this lunch conference, Gina Cuglietta embodies the desire to place people at the center of the discussion and to showcase female leadership in all its splendor and generosity. • Caroline Côté Vice-President for the Capitale-Nationale at National Bank For her, finance is a tool for solidarity. By mobilizing the "Réseau Femmes en tête" of National Bank, she deploys a pro bono financial services program to offer autonomy and security to residents of the YWCA Quebec. • Stephanie Bergeron Founder of Mini&Toi A visionary entrepreneur, she has proven that a small business can have a huge heart. Her business model systematically integrates donations: for every children's item sold, an identical accessory is offered to mothers residing at the YWCA Quebec. • Annie Côté Founder of Annie Côté services conseils Inc. Witness to the daily role of the YWCA Quebec as a loyal volunteer at the Écoboutique, Annie has chosen to transform her success into opportunities for others by creating an additional scholarship as part of the YWCA Quebec's new scholarship program, thus paving the way for the next generation. This is a benefit event for the women of the YWCA Quebec.
