MEDITATIONS POUR ENFANTS
Children need to learn to calm their bodies and minds. Meditation is a gentle way that can help them. One Saturday a month, children aged 8 to 12 can participate in a class specially designed for them. Parents attend the class with their child. In these classes, children learn simple methods to calm their minds, manage their emotions, and connect with their hearts. Each class includes short guided meditations and a craft activity or game to promote learning and sharing.
