Saturday, May 23, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Meditate, if not now, when? We often postpone meditation, but this waiting maintains exactly the agitation we are trying to avoid. This workshop will help us find simple ways to integrate meditation practice into our lives despite a busy schedule. Saturday, June 13, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Unplug without distraction In a world that constantly demands our attention, unplugging becomes a real challenge. During this workshop, we will discover what truly distracts us and how to strengthen our concentration.
