Atelier : Introduction à la méditation du calme mental
About the event In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to practice mental calm meditation according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy. There will be periods of teaching and meditation. We will cover an overview of the course (Learning to Meditate) and how to practice meditation daily. Open to all, whether you have experience or not. You can bring your meditation cushion, but there will be some on-site as well as chairs. Tea and herbal teas will be offered free of charge.
