Quebec City Founding Celebration

Celebrate Quebec City's 418th anniversary with a day of free activities blending heritage, history, and music. In 2026, the program includes: • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: guided tours of Old Quebec (reservations required); • 11:30 a.m.: official ceremony in the gardens of City Hall with the Mayor of Quebec City; • 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.: guided tours of City Hall (reservations required); • 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.: information booths at ExpoCité; • 7:30 p.m.: grand free outdoor concert by the Quebec Symphony Orchestra at Place Jean-Béliveau.
