Originally from Haleiwa, HI, Ron Artis II is an award-winning artist whose soulful and authentic style draws on his family's musical heritage. Introduced as a child by his father and the legendary JP Smoketrain, he quickly proved to be a prodigy on the guitar and developed his talents as a singer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer. After touring all the islands, he launched himself onto the mainland, captivating audiences with his original compositions and virtuosity. Ron has collaborated or toured with Jack Johnson, G Love, and Ben Harper, performing in intimate clubs as well as the Hollywood Bowl.
