Meet the Bergerons, who live on the top floor of a building. They feel so comfortable there that they dream of expanding their nest by taking over the apartment of the Tessiers, their charming friends and downstairs neighbors, to create a two-story residence. But the Tessiers are happy where they are and have no intention of moving out. The Bergerons will have to use all possible means to achieve their goal and finally get their neighbors to leave.
