Mégan Brouillard
Salle Albert-Rousseau
Humor — "It grows like weeds!" My grandmother often said that. I didn't know what weeds were. "You have to pull the weeds before they go to seed!" she'd yell at you all summer. To be honest, I thought it was some kind of expression only my grandmother knew the tune to. I also thought it might be an insult. A mix between "son of a bitch" and "jerk". Finally, I learned that weeds are just normal bad plants that grow everywhere. Did you know that? There's a lot of weeds in my hour. I have to get rid of them before they go to seed. Then we'll get a better look at the flowers I'm trying to grow! I just hope these flowers don't smell like that old snowbird who perfumes herself with the Christmas gift sets, you know, the ones that come with body lotion, perfume, and bath bubbles. Come and smell. Approximate show duration: 15-minute opening act / 90-minute show without intermission.
