Still as frank and irreverent, Patrick now embraces the idea of getting older, while he has never felt as good, as young, and as free as he does in his fifties. I burst out laughing because they were right. I'm 51, my girlfriend is in Outaouais, and my kids have their own lives now. For the first time in a long time, I'm finding a certain freedom and spending more time alone. This led me to reflect, observe, and philosophize about a lot of wacky and useless, but very inspiring, things.
