Assistance technologique sans rendez-vous
Are you, or someone you know, experiencing a technological problem and need assistance? Our digital mediation team offers troubleshooting services for the use of computers, tablets or phones, e-readers, software and applications, or even borrowing digital books. Come to the indicated times and locations and bring the device for which you need assistance. The appointment may be limited to 30 minutes depending on attendance. The mediation team is present for 3 hours (2 hours at the Roger-Lemelin library). Reservation: Registration sheet available on site during the activity Note that you can also make a technological assistance request online for follow-up outside of the walk-in hours.
