Au nom du père
Grand Théâtre de Québec
Upon the death of the priest, two graves were dug: one on each side of the cemetery fence. For three days and three nights of wake, the entire village had to debate where to lay him to rest: in consecrated ground or on the other side. You never really know who you're dealing with… To each their own story, their own truth. Just when we thought we knew everything about the life of this man of the rosary, the surprise was great at the story the widow told during the funeral vigils. Hanging on her lips, we discovered the unsuspected truths and secrets of Mr. the priest — and especially saw the grand, crooked judgment of the legendary popular tribunal of Saint-Élie-de-Caxton unfold.
