This show is a tribute to Serge Bouchard, to his work, to his thinking. It tells what animated him throughout his career, namely the incredible adventure of the French language in North America; that of young French men and women from the 17th century who were immediately captivated by the territory and became "Canayens". The story of those who traveled the entire continent, founding cities and states, intermingling with Indigenous peoples, whom Bouchard ardently defended throughout his life. It is also a great declaration of love for our language and for this territory, ours, which he traveled from one end to the other.
