MONUMENTAL
Théâtre La Bordée
At the turn of the 20th century, the city of Quebec could become a major national transportation hub. But for the Old Capital to enter modernity, a bridge would be needed. Arthur Soulard, a young worker from Lévis, and hundreds of other workers from all over would commit themselves body and soul to build the largest cantilever bridge in the world. But the Quebec Bridge would come at a high cost, a very high cost, both financially and in terms of human lives.
