Exposition : P O U R R I T U R E de Camille Collin à Manif d’art
Complexe Méduse
After several weeks of creation in Quebec City, Belgian artist Camille Collin concludes her research residency around her project P O U R R I T U R E, an exploration of the cycles of life, transformation, and fragility. Welcomed as part of the Quebec–Namur residency program, Camille conducted an experimental approach at the crossroads of printmaking, photography, organic matter, and gesture. Her journey led her to Engramme, VU – center for photography dissemination and production, and La Chambre blanche, where she was able to develop her visual essays, manipulate, observe, and let chance take its course. Between destabilizing moments and intimate discoveries, this residency was a sensitive and formative experience for the artist, a time of listening, doubt, and transformation, mirroring the subject she explores. P O U R R I T U R E questions what decomposes to be reborn better: a metaphor for life, art, and creation itself. This residency was part of the Quebec–Namur exchange program.
