L’Œil de Poisson débute la saison en lançant les festivités entourant son 40ème anniversaire !Sarah Thibault, Annie Charland-Thibodeau, Carol-Ann Belzil Normand et Fanny Latreille
Complexe Méduse
Presented from September 12 to October 19 in the main gallery of L’Œil de Poisson, a unique exhibition revolves around an architectural device imagined by artists Sarah Thibault and Annie Charland-Thibodeau. "Traversing Times, Inventing Futures" celebrates L’Œil de Poisson's 40 years through a collective and process-based exhibition, conceived as a space of hospitality, living memory, and invention. Installations, performances, workshops, and remixed archives intertwine to make the exhibition an inhabited space, where artists, curators, and communities revisit the center's histories while imagining its future. In the small gallery, Carol-Ann Belzil Normand and Fanny Latreille activate the archives of L’Œil de poisson through artistic, narrative, and poetic gestures. This is an exploration whose diversions offer a (re)reading of history—from the margins, collective memory, and human relationships. This site uses cookies to improve your browsing experience.
