Violent Ground is a duo formed by two brothers from the Naskapi Nation of Kawawachikamach, a small community on the border of Quebec and Labrador. Composers and authors, they seek to inspire crowds with impactful lyrics and their own style of rap. The group's name is inspired by the history of the territory and the issues Indigenous peoples still face today.
