For 14 years now, Frédérique Gros-Louis, from the Wendat nation, has been practicing bell dancing. This tradition allows her to celebrate her identity and maintain a living link with her heritage. For her, cultural transmission is central: she is keen to pass on her knowledge and love of Wendat culture to her children so that they grow up with a deep sense of belonging and pride in their roots.
