Required for the Course: You must bring a chef's knife or santoku that needs sharpening. Additionally, you need at least one water sharpening stone with a grit of 1000, available at our shop if you don't already own one. Ideally, having a polishing stone with a grit of 3000 to 6000 will help you achieve optimal results. Prior reading of the document for the introductory sharpening course is also recommended. The theoretical part of the course represents approximately 10% of the total duration, while the practical part covers the remaining 90%.
