Running enthusiasts will climb and descend Quebec City's most beautiful staircases to finish their event downtown. The starting and finishing area for the Stair Challenge will be at Place de l'Assemblée-Nationale for the 2026 edition. Participants will have to go through all the stairs connecting the Lower Town and the Upper Town of Quebec City. Alternating between climbing and descending a staircase, enthusiasts will cross nearly forty staircases for a total of 2353 steps over 19 km Fizz. Our event is SILVER sanctioned by Athletics Quebec.
