BBQ Style Dinner in the OASIS of the CJC

The Jacques-Cartier Residential and Community Centre's BBQ style dinner is a unique opportunity to share a good meal with friends and meet new people in the heart of downtown Quebec City! Preparation begins at 2 PM, service starts at 6 PM. Want to have a great time at the CJC and eat for free? Here are the ways you can get involved: Since the Bibliothèque de Québec allows us to use the kitchen of the Bibliothèque Gabrielle-Roy, we will form 2 teams for the preparation of the BBQ Style Dinner in the OASIS of the CJC this Wednesday! HOT TEAM 🔥 🍲🍔 🕐Meet at 1 PM at the Bibliothèque Gabrielle Roy, at 350, rue Saint-Joseph E. COOK the hot food at the Bibliothèque Gabrielle-Roy with Fleur, Alice, and Ayla. Transporting the food to the CJC will take place between 5 PM and 5:30 PM. COLD TEAM ❄️🥗🥑🍉 🕐Meet at 1 PM at the CJC. COOK the cold food with Christophe for the preparation of cold dishes at the CJC. We will also need to set up the room and start the BBQ, etc. 7 PM food service ends at the CJC. 8 PM cleanup by everyone at the CJC :) We especially need people for closing and truly appreciate the support of those who can get involved! To get involved as a volunteer, you can arrive whenever you want, offer the time you can, and no registration is required.
